As someone who considers themselves a casual hobbyist game dev I love to experiment with different game concept and game engines which has led me to create a few games which I have uploaded on to Itch.io. Some are more fleshed out than others but all of them gave me incredibly valuable experience.
You can check out my games below!

LUNAR ATTACK!
Lunar Attack was my very first attempt to create something for release. It's basically an Asteroids clone that I created using GameMaker with an interactive menu and some particle effects. I learnt a lot from this project and took that experience into my next project.

MEAT SACKS
I wanted to make something simple but also have a unique flavour so i decided to take on this classic game of Breakout but with a gory Medieval twist. Burst sacks of meat with your mace, collect bones as power-ups and try and get the highest score.
I used custom particle effects for this one and also added in some screenshake upon impact of the 'meat sacks' to make it feel more visceral.

THROUGH TIME (DEMO)
My first attempt at creating a project with GB Studio engine, unfortunately I never completed it and all that's left is this demo.
You play as Abbey, a young girl with a passion for history. On a visit to the "Museum of Ancient History" she stumbles upon a time traveler. Unbeknown to either of them this sets off a series of events that sees them thrust through time!
Travel across space and time, solve puzzles, aid historical figures and learn some history along the way.

WHAT'S WITH ALL THE CATS?
"What's with all the Cats?" is a short narrative game created using the Bitsy Game Maker engine.
I was casually creating this while working in a very boring 9-5 office job and it really helped me unwind. I hope to come back to the Bitsy engine one day as it's an excellent little 8-bit engine creator.

STARGAZER (DEMO)
The first major project that I decided to take on. This game was created using the excellent EFPSE Game Engine. It is a sci-fi 2.5D retro shooter in the vein of DooM or Wolfenstein. The demo currently only has the first 2 levels with 4 more planned for release but has been put on indefinite hiatus currently.
Maybe one day I'll return to it.

ALIENS: REDACTED
Continuing on the 2.5D shooter train. Aliens: Redacted is the first title that I released that completed its full scope. I created it over a 3 month period and officially released it on 'Alien day' in 2024. It is my most popular title to date by a large margin.
It is (obviously) based on the Alien movie franchise where you have to explore the strange architecture of the derelict ship and fight your way through hordes of Xenomorphs as you attempt to complete your objectives set by the Weyland-Yutani Corporation.

NIGHTMARE ASYLUM
This was created as part of a game jam hosted by the EFPSE community. The theme was Horror and we only had 2 weeks to submit a game.
I knew I wasn't going to be able to submit anything long or intricate in that time so I decided to tackle a specific aspect of the game dev process so I decided to try to improve my scripting skills within the engine.
While the game ended up being shorter than I would have liked it was a valuable learning experience for me.

ALIENS: REDACTED REDUX
Two years after the surprise mini success of Aliens: Redacted I decided to release a REDUX version of the game. With enhancements to the engine itself it afforded me the ability to add a whole host of features to the game like enhanced sprites, better quality lighting, better UI, enhanced gore system, stat boost rewards for completing side missions and much more.
This is the closest that I'll get to the initial vision I had for Aliens: Redacted and I'm very proud of it.
